Legacy

LEGACY – Initially conceived as “Tripod” due to its distinctive triple-branch configuration, this piece has found a far more resonant name: “Legacy.” This new title serves a dual purpose, enriching the object with profound personal meaning. Foremost, it is destined to be a cherished piece of family history, a tangible heirloom to be passed down directly from me to my daughter. The name takes on even deeper significance as the very apple wood used in its creation journeyed from my brother’s farm on beautiful Vancouver Island, weaving in another precious thread of our shared family story. I am immensely proud to call this creation “Legacy,” not only as a testament to my craft but as an enduring symbol of family, love, and a tangible piece of our shared journey that I lovingly leave to her.
