Mutant Apple was born from an ancient apple tree that weathered decades of disease and severe pruning, resulting in stunning burls and intricate patterns. Originally left to decay in a pile of firewood, it was salvaged from coastal British Columbia and brought to our workshop. Through a meticulous seven-month-long process, this exquisite piece of apple wood has been transformed into a timeless work of art, offering it a chance at a second life.
